The Dialogue
Good communication is an integral part of the build process. We will meet with you to listen to your thoughts, concerns and ideas about what you’re looking for in a home, location and more.
The Drawing Board
We create detailed sketches and drawings of your new home. We’ll determine layout design specifications and develop a detailed materials list for your approval.
The Dream
After the blueprints are finalized, we order the materials. Finally, you will get to see your dream come to life. GLH is on-site to make sure the build is perfectly executed.
The Design
Don’t think your dream home ends with the exterior build. Our interior decorators will help you make stylish selections that fit your personality, work well in combination, and aren’t going to go out of style anytime soon.
