Great Lakes Homes opened in 2013, but Owner David Dennis has been building houses for 20 years.
Q:) What advantages does Great Lakes Homes offer?
All of the building projects are managed by the owner. David Dennis doesn’t have project managers, which minimizes miscommunications. As the owner of Great Lakes Homes, he is invested in each project and makes sure it gets done right. David’s direct presence also speeds up the building process because he is on the site every day to give direction and answer any questions sub-contractors might have.
Great Lakes Homes also does all of its own foundations. The rest of the house can be built well, but it’s all for nothing if it’s built on a faulty foundation. We build the foundations ourselves to ensure it is built properly.
Great Lakes Homes has full-time electricians on staff.
We offer a 10-year waterproof warranty on basements.
